I am a member of the Southern Adirondack Association of Realtors, the New York State Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, and the Greater Capital Region Association of Realtors.  I am a Licensed Associate Real Estate Broker. 

I am also a Certified Negotiation Expert.

Education

I am a graduate of the University of Vermont, the Stix, Baer, and Fuller Executive Training Program, and the Manfred School of Real Estate.  I have completed an extensive array of courses in Real Estate with concentration on both expertise with regard to selling to buyers and seller representation, marketing, technology, negotiation and more.  I am a Certified Negotiation Expert!

Professional Interests and Community Involvement

I have been a volunteer member of Nearcare, Inc.  I have always had a love for the elderly...  and I have always, for 40 years, volunteered in Nursing Homes.  Under the Nearcare 'umbrella', I visited a 94 year old lady for years...  We have had a wonderful relationship. I also love to volunteer several times a year at Double H Hole in the Woods Camp in Lake Luzerne, getting the camp ready for campers and cleaning after the campers leave.  And, for years, I delivered Meals on Wheels too!

Personal Background

I have lived in Queensbury for 26 years...  LOVE this area...as I'm from a community very similar.. Rutland, Vermont.  I have been married to the same man (!) for 40 years and I have 3 wonderful children who aren't children anymore... ages 38 to 33!  When my children were young, and because of my husband's job, we lived in the Midwest  and we moved 5 times in 5 years, buying and selling a house with each move...  giving me a unique perspective on the Real Estate industry and profession.  I have been a Realtor for 22 years... this is my JOB and I take it very seriously.  However, when I am not helping my clients buy or sell a house, I love to read, eat, spend time with my family, eat, spend time with friends, eat, read about food, and eat some more...!
